Steven is the lead wellness coach at Parker Wellness. He brings a strong background in psychology, coaching, mental health support, and personal fitness to help clients feel supported in both their mind and body.
Steven earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Metropolitan State University of Denver and is a Colorado local who understands the importance of balance, community, and realistic wellness goals. He is also a Board Certified Coach, Mental Health First Aid trained, and a Certified Personal Trainer, giving him a well-rounded approach to supporting clients through stress, life changes, mindset shifts, and healthy habit building.
Outside of coaching, Steven is a husband and a proud father of three. He knows firsthand how busy life can get and believes wellness should feel realistic, not overwhelming. His coaching style is supportive, down-to-earth, and focused on helping people make small, meaningful changes that fit into everyday life.
Steven also has a personal passion for fitness, hiking, running, and staying active outdoors. Whether he is helping clients build confidence, create healthier routines, or find more balance, his goal is to meet people where they are and help them move forward in a way that feels achievable.

Adam is a wellness coach at Parker Wellness. He brings a strong background in movement, fitness, Reiki, and holistic wellness to help clients feel more connected to their bodies and more balanced in their everyday lives.
Adam earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Concordia University Chicago and moved to Colorado 12 years ago. Since then, he has developed a deep appreciation for the Colorado lifestyle and the connection between physical health, mental wellness, and overall life balance.
As a Certified Personal Trainer and Reiki Level II practitioner, Adam has a passion for helping people improve their health in a way that feels realistic, personal, and supportive. His approach includes fitness support, diet and lifestyle modification, Reiki, and healthy habit building. He believes wellness should focus on the whole person, not just one piece of their life.
Adam’s coaching style is supportive, down-to-earth, and individualized. He works with clients to better understand their goals, reconnect with their bodies, and create healthier routines that support both personal well-being and work-life balance.
